I was glad that I called Throgs Neck Dental during emergency. I got first appointment next morning and got treated very well from staff and especially Dr Shukla. Overall this is the great clean dental office where you can trust.

I needed to be attended to ASAP and Throgs Neck Dental pulled through. They gave me a same day appointment and their staff are exceptional. Definitely recommend!

From the moment i called to make an emergency appointment, everyone treated me with such an immense amount of kindness and professionalism. Dr. Shukla is an amazing dentist, kind, patient, listens to you as a patient, and cares about your comfort. I have never been treated better by a dentist, and the team of wonderful ladies at the office on Saturday. I struggled with so much dental anxiety, and Dr. Shukla made me feel at ease immediately. No judgement, no shaming, no surprise charges, the lady from the front desk came in to explain the fees. Would highly recommend!! Dr. Shukla you have a patient for life! Thank you!!

If there was a way to give more than 5 stars, I would give Dr. Susman all the stars in the sky! I am the daughter of a 98 y/o patient. Dr. Susman immediately identified a serious issue with my mother’s implants (placed 30 years ago) she was to other dentists, prior to her visit with Dr. Susman. They found nothing wrong with my mother’s teeth. Within minutes, Dr. Susman identified the problem, which was causing a serious infection. Dr.Susman immediately went to work, removing the affected implants. Using the newest technology, Dr. Susman took measurements, which are the equivalent of the “old school” mould technique The new bridge-like device will be ready in only two weeks. Many people, especially the elderly, suffer serious complications due to infection. Dr. Susman saved my mother from both bothersome teeth and an infection that could have gotten much worse. He is great! I recommend Dr. Susman highly and without reservation.

Everything was clean...it was even empty when I entered...I was seen IMMEDIATELY..I came for an extraction....i was got there 11:45..and was out the door by 1:10...quick, professional..all around great for me.

I say this two different types of ways. As a worldly business owner based upon my own understanding this place is run top notch. But most importantly the relationship that has grown with the dentist and the other staff there was amazing from the start. It was meant to be I walked in those doors. This place is of the good!

I went for a wisdom tooth extraction and bone graft yesterday I was in lots of pain it was my first time there and they made me feel comfortable every one very respectful .it was a fast process I felt no pain thanks too Dr Henna shukla she was great . I left pain free was able to have a nice sleep I woke up fine with no pain at all thanks to Throgs neck dental!!! I would be back again.

Love this place it is very clean and organize, and my doctor was very kind and patient she did a amazing job with my tooth extract i will continue coming to the clinic and will also recommend to family and friends ..

I really loved this place. Receptionist was really nice. The doctor too, Dr Santos. They made me feel super welcome. They where very understanding, and explained everything clean and clear. I would definitely recommend this dentist.

The front desk receptionists were very attentive and friendly. The dental hygienist did a great job doing my teeth cleaned. I fear dentist and she did everything possible to make feel at ease and comfortable. Would recommend to anyone. Excellent service

I made an appointment for my sister who has horrible anxiety and a fear of dentists. Sandy, who made the appointment was amazing. The entire staff was amazing. They were gentle and caring. They took such great care of my sister. I can't stress enough how amazing and comforting Dr. Prakash was so gentle and caring. She was funny and this entire experience was lighthearted. I would highly recommend anyone to go here. However, I would stress that anyone with a phobia and misgivings about dentists, go here! From the moment I made the appointment everyone was just great!! Throngs Neck Dental was the best dental experience I have had in my life. I have been traumatized in many of my dental experience and became fearful of going to the dentist. I went in feeling fearful, but I was desperately in need if dental care. The entire staff made me feel safe and concerned about my anxiety. As a first time patient going in for emergency dental needs, I could not have hoped for better treatment. Dr. Santos was very attentive and efficient. She walked me through every step of the operation. Hendy, the dental assistant, helped calm my nerves and made sure I was comfortable throughout. The entire reception team were both warm and professional. They even made sure to call me back when they had a cancellation for an earlier appointment time. It’s my intention to become a regular patient here.

Dr. Tanu Prakash is a blessing for someone like myself. She explained everything to me while being sure to allow my questions to be answered, with patience and compassion. My anxiety disorder was met with respect instead of dismissal, and her humor allowed me to work through my thoughts so I could find ways to self regulate. Throughout my procedure, she and her assistants were attentive and focused on walking me through each step. I am more than happy to return for my future care with ease, knowing they truly have the patient's best care in mind. Thank you all for being so exceptional.

Truly the best dental experience I’ve had in years. I was in pain and they were able to see me within a day, they worked with my work schedule as well. I arrived on time for my appointment and had to wait only about 5-10 minutes before I was seen. Dr. Prakash was the sweetest, so gentle and explained things to me so well. She took her time with my procedure and talked me through what she was doing. The dental assistants and front desk staff were also so sweet…10/10 experience!

My experience was phenomenal, Julissa and Doctor Shukla made me feel so welcome and at home during my whole time there. They did their best to keep me calm during such a traumatic time. They are both truly the best. All around great service from the time I walked in and was greeted by the front desk to the time I walked out.

I have used Dr Sussman and this dental office for years! I have insurance presently that would cover dental but there is no way I would go anywhere else! This practice is state of the art! Dr Sussman is gentle, very professional and the best in the business! His work is far more superior than any dentist I have used before him! The work he does is done quick, extraordinary quality and most important done with care! It is hard to find these qualities in anything today! He is always there when I need him there is no “we can see you in a month” like these other doctors! If I have an emergency he makes sure to get me in even if he has to come early or stay a little later! Who does that!!! He has filled the office with professional, kind, caring staff that make you always feel welcomed! Honestly this practice is a role model for the way things should be!

A courteous and professional office

This dental facility by far is one of the best in so many levels. My mom who is in her 80s needed to see a dentist immediately for a tooth ache. She was a new patient and was seen within the hour of me calling. She was treated with dignity and respect by the entire staff. The secretary, dental assistant who was a great translator and of course the dentist. Dr Prakash was so sweet and caring to my mom that on days that I could not be there to take my mom to her dentist appointment because I have to be at work I felt so relieved and knew my mom was safe and in good hands. Most places no longer respect the elderly nor care for them as they are ignored and forgotten. A tooth ache was cared for with an extensive treatment she required appropriately and I was on board with it. I highly recommend this clean safe honest caring dental place.

This is the best dental office I have ever been to. From check-in, through a cleaning, to seeing Doctor Sussman, I cannot express just how professional, caring, and friendly the entire staff is.
